　　Pay Range: The pay range for $27.60 and 52.53 an hour

　　Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (5:00pm - 2:00am); coverage on other shifts and weekends as needed

　　Work Location: Manhattan, NY & Bronx, NY (Metro)

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Supervise the day to day operations of the logistics teamManage the performance of all couriers using established performance metricsImplement and review courier routes and schedules to increase efficienciesEnsure department is properly staffed with the ability to cover all necessary routesEstablish relationships with outside logistics vendors to obtain coverage when neededGenerate and review daily/weekly reports and escalate any issues to leadershipEnsure entire logistics staff is properly trained and any performance issues are addressedMeet regularly with direct reports to provide coaching and feedback for their developmentAddress and resolve both internal and external client issuesMaintain and monitor department spend to ensure proper budget allocationManage and maintain branch vehicles according to Corporate Fleet standardsEngage in continuous process and service level improvementsResponsible for administering and managing policies and proceduresPerform administrative and clerical duties as needed
