What you'll do:
As the Logistics Program Specialist within EMEA region, you will be responsible for leading and executing the key Logistics Programs and tasks of the region and identifying and implementing processes and performance improvement opportunities.
You will also provide logistical trend analysis and performance metrics to identify logistics cost reduction opportunities while improving operational efficiencies.
Reporting into the EMEA Logistics Leader, this role will work closely with the GPO on sourcing strategies and regional operations leads to develop and retain business requirements, standardise process and ensure a coherent distribution and logistics network.
Main responsibilities:
Work with multiple Eaton business locations and functions within EMEADrive consistency and best-practice deployment across the functionIdentify and implement opportunities for processes and performance improvement Lead and execute Logistics projectsActively manage the monthly international logistics reports to identify saving opportunities and inefficiencies Drive regional programs for consolidation and network optimisation Support Digitalisation projects
Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics or similar Strong experience in Logistics- either from a Logistics organisation or working in a similar function in a large multinational companyExperience with complex Logistics Projects/Programs within the EMEA region
Skills:
Excellent English language communication skills, other languages will be a plusWillingness to travel to other EMEA sites (10-15% of the time)
