　　We're hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic Operations team in Dublin, Ireland.

　　The Role:

　　As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be supporting the planning and execution of shipment orders from initial order placement through to the physical preparation of shipments prior to dispatch to the airport through the highest level of customer service offerings and operational capabilities.

　　You'll undertake administrative tasks.

　　What you'll be doing:

　　Notification of arrivals - tracking inbound shipments, processing notification of arrival emails from airline ground handling agents, updating TMS and requesting shipments to be moved to correct temp storage in case of discrepanciesTemperature monitor management / ColdStream - downloading temperature monitor results, uploading results to ColdStream, assessing temperature readings and reporting deviations, maintaining outstanding temp logger recovery database and assisting with recoveriesScanning and filingAssisting with TMS Dispatch reportsAssisting Dispatch with data entry in TMS - pickups, PODs, recoveries, assigning drivers in TMS and DASHCommunication - taking calls from drivers and assisting with queries, answering queries on Teams chatsAssisting with cross-referencing invoices received from contractorsCharges - calculating and entering charges in TMS eg wait time, recovery fee, airline storage fee, special truckingAssisting TLs and OPS manager with creating ad-hoc databasesHandling customer queries and escalating serious complaints to management.Preparing, reviewing, and submitting timely reports.Supporting transportation services, planning routes and assigning drivers.Planning routes and preparing schedules, as well as tracking and reporting progress with shipments.Communicating to drivers the relevant information appropriate to the consignmentLiaising between Operations and drivers, as well as collaborating with other departments to optimize transportation services.
