　　We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics team, the team aims to provide better products and experience, better delivery costs, strengthen industrial supply chain capabilities, and enhance platform reputation and long-term value.

　　Responsibilities:

　　1. Collaborating with customers, third party institutions and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors

　　2. Work with the settlement team in reviewing and processing of vendor invoices, auditing and investigating potential errors, processing the invoices in system for payment in a timely manner, and generating and analyzing reports

　　3. Process customer billing accurately on or before deadlines as per requirements and according to company policy for each division, searching each financial statement for any payment inconsistencies or errors

　　4. Improve the settlement processes by developing automated processes to reduce manual processing

　　5. Validate billing inputs from other team members for accurate billing

　　6. Proactively identify solutions, workflow, and processes for improved departmental performance

　　7. Performs other activities and responsibilities as assigned

　　Qualifications

　　1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related professional experience

　　2. 3-5 years of billing and settlement related experience in logistics related industry

　　3. Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite with Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Index Match, Sum If, etc.), strong analytical skills is a plus

　　4. Clear and concise verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

　　5. Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for collaboration

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111466 - $200000 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
