We are in search of a highly qualified candidate for the Logistics position for the Integrated Defensive Cyber Systems Contract. The ideal candidate will have experience handling the shipping, receiving, and tracking of Government Furnished Property (GFP). This position is located near Lackland Air Force Base; all work is onsite.

Primary Responsibilities:
Supports property manager duties
Completes monthly inventory reports per government guidelines
Supports inventory control process to account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved or transferred property and excessed property
Develops material handling processes for shipping, receiving, storage and disposition of property
Coordinates and performs all property accountability functions and property management functions in accordance with government guidance and industry best practices
Supports workflow development to ensure audit readiness and accurate data records for the life cycle of all government property accountable to the USAF AFLCMC/HNCD Organization. This includes procurement records, equipment movement, data change, quantity change, transfer, and disposition
Assistwith documenting all disposition, transfer, administrative adjustments, or property loss search history, and maintain records in easy to navigate electronic folders
Interface with the government COR and property manager to obtain signature approval for all property transactions
Help maintain complete records and backup documentation of all DD1149s, 4949s, packing slips, inventory forms, 1348s, and property modifications on contracts which include closeouts and loss reports
Offer assistance in handling onsite and offsite inventories and in comparing data against the current property records to determine potential discrepancies, losses, and found on installation additions
Responsible for Program compliance with FAR regulations and corporate property administration policies
Inputs, updates, and maintains property records into Sprocket database for programs managed in Sprocket and LMMIS database for programs managed in LMMIS
Responsible for communication with Sprocket and LMMIS database developer for database issues and system development activities
Responsible for IUID tagging and registering in accordance with contractual requirements and customer preference
Basic Qualifications:
Must possess an active Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearanceto be considered
BS degree in a relevant field and at least 8+years of related experience in Logistics, Property Management, Hardware Management, or related disciplines or a Masters 6+ years of prior relevant experience; additional experience may be substituted for a degree
Must have experience tracking and maintaining hardware assets
Must possess knowledge of automated inventory control systems
Must possess strong organizational skills and possess excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independently and effectively planning and prioritizing personal tasking
Must have experience working with other teams to gather information related to the lifecycle of equipment
Must be familiar with FAR 52.245-1
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Government Property Accountability Requirements
Active TS/SCI
Pay Range:
Pay Range $78,000.00 - $141,000.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
