As Local HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions, Grid Automation and High Voltage in Turkey, you will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented in line with the Global HR strategy and local regulations. You will provide advice, guidance, and support to a variety of stakeholders. You will work in a vibrant international environment, being the counterpart of Line Managers located in different countries and supporting the three Hub HRBPs. This is a part time position (50%).
Responsibilities:
Implement HR priorities in the organization in line with the Global HR strategy, covering culture, people, and organization utilizing the existing HR solution portfolio and be able to propose new solutions where appropriate.Act as consultant, sparring partner, coach, and facilitator to business leaders and be a change agent into the organization and support managers and employees during the transformation processes.Support manager to implement and follow up performance and talent management activities.Support the implementation of group and global compensation strategies.Deliver day to day HR management contact / relationship for employees.Lead discussions and own the relationship with local collective bargaining and information/consultation groups where applicable (e.g. works councils, trade unions, employee committees);Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.
Your background:
Bachelor and/or master's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Law or similarSolid previous experience in HR function (minimum 3 years) is a must.Ability to move in an international environment and balance different stakeholders.Strategic mindset as well as data analysis and ability to deal with complex organization.Previous experience on HR Project management would be a nice to have.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.Demonstrate planning and organizational skills.Forward-thinking to develop and implement new ideas.
