  Why We Have This Role

  The Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team owns global onboarding, skill development and ongoing education for internal employees and our partner network for roles which touch the customer during the GTM lifecycle, from sales & pre-sales to delivery & account management. Our team thinks globally for scale, delivering learner-centric enablement experiences. These programs and services have a significant impact on our customers' success and our bottom-line growth.

  How You'll Find Success

  You have strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple, dependent workstream and deliver projects on schedule and to a high quality.You have a process driven mindset and are constantly looking for ways to improve and streamline processes.You build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and can influence others without formal authority.You are a fast learner with technical aptitude that enables you to gain expertise across various Qualtrics products, roles and instructional design tools.

  How You'll Grow

  Learn about experience management (XM) as a category, including expert-level technical knowledge.Learn about various sales and services functions across technology companies which lead to successful customer renewals and expansions.Expand your knowledge of Adult Learning enablement programs, including measuring impact, various delivery platforms, and developing scalable processes.

  Things You'll Do

  Drive operational excellence and scalability across all enablement initiatives, including onboarding, mentorship and ongoing enablement.Own selection, implementation & change management and ongoing maintenance of team-wide learning management (LMS), content management (CMS) and component content management (CCMS) systems.Serve as primary point of contact with cross-functional teams - including localization, business intelligence & analytics and people development - to ensure enablement needs are met.Define, launch and manage a program to measure impact of enablement programs based on Kirkpatrick's model.Define a singular learner support process, including uncovering data driven insights to drive future onboarding and continuing enablement initiatives.

  What We're Looking For On Your CV

  3-5 years of experience managing systems and processes, ideally within an enablement teamExperience with owning end-to-end projects, from requirements gathering to implementation & change management to ongoing maintenanceProcess oriented mindset, with the ability to map existing processes, identify areas of optimization, and implement automatic workflowsExcellent stakeholder management skills, specifically working with global, cross-functional individualsExtremely organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing and tracking multiple projectsAbility to work independently in highly ambiguous, shifting environments

  Knowledge of adult learning methodologies, including Kirkpatrick's ModelExperience configuring APIs
