  Litigation Reporting & Data Management Associate

  The Role:

  The Legal Litigation Operations Associate plays a pivotal role in assuring that the Litigation Team's work and processes are well-managed and consistently enhanced, while also reporting to numerous internal and external stakeholders various risks that may be present within the Litigation portfolio.

  The individual in this role will manage numerous risk management processes, document and enhance processes across the Litigation Team, compile Litigation reporting and assist in analysis. They will also regularly interact with Litigation Team attorneys and specialists including senior leadership, and partner with business associates in various departments such as Risk, Insurance, and Accounting.

  Responsibilities Include:

  Managing risk management processesManaging, executing, and enhancing Litigation reportingAnalyzing Litigation reporting for trendsDocumenting processes across the Litigation TeamIdentifying and executing process improvements to include tech solutions and automationWorking with and supporting a large team of attorneys and legal specialists from diverse portfoliosManaging multiple high priority, deadline driven tasks independentlyCoordinating priorities that span multiple organizations and working on competing deadlines simultaneouslyFacilitating discussions and meetings including with senior leadershipConducting and enhancing quality assurance and control testing activities

  Basic Qualifications:

  Bachelor's DegreeAt least 2 years of experience in project management, process management or a risk management role

  Preferred Qualifications:

  At least 3 years of experience in project management, process management or a risk management roleAt least 2 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firmProcess-related certification(s) including BPM, Lean, etc.
