Reddit is seeking a self-motivated, experienced Litigation Program Manager to collaborate with and provide support to our Legal team. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy, proactive, and meticulously organized self-starter who can flourish in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. What You’ll Do:
Litigation Program Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive litigation management strategies. Oversee the end-to-end process of litigation matters, from case initiation to resolution. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for, and otherwise support, active litigation matters. eDiscovery:
Manage and execute eDiscovery processes, including data collection, preservation, processing, and review. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in eDiscovery technology. Work closely with external vendors and legal teams to ensure seamless eDiscovery operations. Communication and Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between Legal Operations Manager, Legal team members, and cross-functional colleagues within the Reddit organization. Collaborate with external legal counsel and vendors to achieve litigation objectives. Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on the status of litigation matters and eDiscovery processes, as well as litigation function metrics. Provide updates to senior management on key legal and eDiscovery developments. What We Expect From You:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience, with a strong preference for previous in-house experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree. eDiscovery Knowledge: In-depth understanding of eDiscovery tools, platforms, and industry best practices. Project Management: Demonstrated strong project management skills, capable of owning projects and handling multiple tasks concurrently. Problem-Solving: Strategic and proactive approach to problem identification and resolution. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Organizational Skills: Hyper-organized and conscientious with a keen attention to detail. Efficiency: Ability to work well under pressure, resolve issues promptly, and meet deadlines. Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Mac, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, DISCO Hold; experience with Confluence is a plus. Benefits:

$183,500—$275,300 USD
