You'll Get To: Actively project manage litigation, assist in reviewing cases, conduct preliminary fact-finding, and gathering relevant information.Analyze litigation discovery requests and assist counsel with gathering responsive information.Create and maintain calendar of response timelines pertaining to litigation requests.Conduct electronic searches of internal systems as needed.Work cross-functionally with internal legal team, partners, and outside counsel.Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, etc. with internal team members in support of litigation efforts.Provide support to ensure timely execution of affidavits, declarations, and discovery verifications.Assist with other legal projects as needed.What You'll Need:5 + years of experience as a Paralegal working in premier law firm and/or in-house corporate environment with a focus on litigation support required.Bachelor's degree required. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$94,500.00 - $119,500.00
