Life Customer Service Assistants are responsible for working directly with State Farm Agents and addressing customer service inquiries by researching account histories and providing solution options.

data inputcompleting policy change requestsprocessing disbursements and premium payments, and assembling policiesDemonstrating strong customer-focus and being able to multi-task with several systems at one time is essential in this role.

Exceptions to the incumbency period may be considered for promotional opportunities and will be considered on an individual basis, consistent with business needs and management approval. This does not affect the at-will relationship between State Farm and you, the employee, and does not create an employment contract, nor contractual rights.
