As a Premier Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for developing and managing financial relationships with mass affluent individuals within a defined market. You will develop and maintain an active prospect list, customer outreach plan and quality referral sources for individuals seeking financial guidance and advice on their increasingly complex financial needs. Establishes and manages their customer's primary banking relationship, fulfilling deposit and credit needs; and partnering with investment, insurance and other banking specialists as needed to provide goal based planning advice and services.
Responsibilities
Sales - Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results relative to the specific metrics and goals assigned. Represent the Bank in the community for the purpose of generating additional business and identifying potential CRA opportunities for the Bank. Engage in sales practices that are aligned to create value for both the customer and the bank. Appropriate partnering, planning and preparation occurs to ensure conversations provide the relevant financial guidance needed to drive informed decisions.Service Standards - Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues. Initiate conversation to uncover sales or referral opportunities.Operations and Administration - Comply with all regulations, bank policies, procedures and delegated authorities to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory and legal aspects of personal interactions, customer transactions and financial exposures.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in a financial services relationship management role, retail banking, private banking, or wealth management.

High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years experience in a financial services relationship management role, retail banking, private banking, or wealth management.
Additional Requirements:
Must possess a valid driver's license. Position requires frequent driving to other offices, bank customers, etc. Bank car not provided. Must complete federal registration and annual renewal as required by the SAFE Act. FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations (or equivalent) and state specific life insurance license must be active and maintained or must be obtained within 90 days of job entry date.
Employment Agreement Requirement:
Dual Employment Agreement (all FCB/FCIS Wealth Management - dual associates, including LPAs)
Other Preferred Requirements:
Currently holds FINRA 6 and 63 registrations as well as state specific life insurance license, and has maintained continuing education coursework to keep licenses and/or registrations in active standing.
1+ years in a licensed role
Advanced knowledge of features and benefits of various bank deposit products, and related policies and procedures. Networking and building centers of influence
