We are seeking an on-call Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve seniors with compassionate, quality care at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers. This position will work in the Senior Residence. Position Available: On-call with the ability to work either Day or Evening shifts, minimum of four shifts per month which will include at least one weekend shift per month. Rooted in history, Saint Therese of New Hope is our largest community. This care center has 168 skilled nursing beds for long-term and transitional care. In addition, the Residence at Saint Therese of New Hope houses 225 independent apartments and suites for assisted living and memory care. Responsibilities Evaluates, documents, directs and provides nursing care. Communicates status changes to family members or responsible party. Informs clinical coordinator and medical provider of changes or needs. Qualifications Education: Degree obtained from accredited nursing program; Current Minnesota license in good standing.
