Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Level 3 or Level 4 Maintenance Technician to support our Facilities Operations Team at our Clearfield, Utah location.
Role Description & Responsibilities:
This Maintenance Technician position will be responsible for executing a broad range of tasks to support the diverse Facilities Operations Projects Team. The Facilities Operations Team works closely with Facilities Engineering and Maintenance to update and maintain the best possible work environment for NG employees.
Job Duties:
Execute tasks with quality, safety, and efficiency. Daily tasks include:
Installing/ maintaining employee amenities
Updating offices shared spaces with new Outlets/Data ports/Lighting Fixtures
Framing/ sheeting/ and finishing non-structural walls
Conduit and cable tray fabrication and installation for Data Systems
Conduit raceways for new power installations.120v to 480v systems
Ability to work as a team to achieve successful completion of projects safely
Communicating task progress with project managers and team members
Positive attitude and willingness to take on various types of work daily as directed
Documenting and tracking daily tasks
This shift requires 9 hours a day/5 days a week
This position may be filled as a level 3 or level 4 Maintenance Technician.
Basic Qualifications for level 3:
High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience working in the construction or manufacturing industry
Ability to perform tasks in proximity of high-level executive leadership and active production areas
Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
Computer, math, analytical, and planning skills
Maintain a well kempt, professional appearance
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
Utah Issued Electrical Journeyman License (Residential not Applicable)
Basic Qualifications for level 4:
High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years of experience working in the construction or manufacturing industry
Ability to perform tasks in proximity of high-level executive leadership and active production areas
Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
Computer, math, analytical, and planning skills
Maintain a well kempt, professional appearance
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
Utah Issued Electrical Journeyman License (Residential not Applicable)
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Active DOD clearance
Experience in Welding, Plumbing, or HVAC and Manufacturing Maintenance

Salary Range: $49,900 - $83,100
Salary Range 2: $59,300 - $98,800
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
