What You’ll Do:
Functionsinclude butarenot limited to, data upload, document QC, manifest formatting, shipment receipt, inventory, QC, storage, transfer and re-receipt, compound ordering. Customer service, managing client requests/orders within TAT, tracking emails and workflow, developing processes, and implementing new automated software for sample management.
Sample management functions –Receive,QC,shipping manifests. Register, track, store,label and routesamples and reagentsupon client request.
Provideexceptional customer service and support.
Maintain confidential information and ensure clients are informed of changes or revisions.
Maintain multiple communicationsstreamswith internal and external partners (CRO)including portals, SharePoint Sites, and MS Outlook email.
Documentation – Generate, Qc andmaintain data reports ensuring all information is accurate and up to date at all times.
Responsible for transferring data from external and internal vendor portals to multiple locations for the client.
Must be highly organized, able to manage multiple work and communications lines between external vendors (CRO’s) and our internal clients.
Perform other essential tasks,projects and responsibilities asrequired.
Be a collaborative team member to share knowledge and supporting cross functional areas
What You’ll Need:
Degree requirement:Bachelor's DegreeinScience( An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of above)
Minimum ofup toone (1) year of experiencewithbiological handling in aspecimen managementresearch environment
Minimum ofuponone (1) year of experienceinhighlydetail-orientedresearchenvironment( An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of above . )
Must be self-regulated and have high attention to detail for quality and strong organization skills.
An understanding of regulatory compliance is an advantage.
Professional,clearand concise communicaterequiredin both written and verbalformats
Proven Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint skills
Ability to quickly learn and understand job-specific software isrequired
Ability to understand basic scientific terminology and communicate it toothers
Team-oriented and the ability to work in a collaborativeenvironment
Be a proven multi-tasker that truly thrives on juggling multiple projects in a deadline drivenenvironment
Possess strong organizational skills with ability to quickly assess project status and communicate iteffectively
Driven, energetic person able to coordinate activities among different areas of thedepartment
