We have a Large firm in Portland, Maine looking for a Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team! The ideal candidate will have past litigation experience, will be a team player, and can handle a fast paced environment Location: Portland, Maine Hours: M-F 8-5, 4 days in office 1 day remote Pay: 50000 - 60000 Direct hire For immediate consideration - Please send resumes to [email protected]

Responsibilities
Manage schedules for meetings, travel, and virtuals calls on a daily basis
Day to Day workflow management
Drafting documentation such as memos, agreements, pleadings
Transcribing is must
Working closely with colleagues in regards to scheduling, deadlines, meetings, and provide additional support as needed
Billing duties as needed
Prepare filings with state and federal courts
Organize and prepare exhibits for court filings, judicial conferences, and trial
Prepare presentation materials for meetings using MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, as and when requested
