Responsibilities
Kent E. Gorsuch & Associates, employees of the Law Department of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, is seeking a legal administrative support team member to join the Discovery Team in our Detroit Claim Litigation office located in Southfield, MI. This is a great entry level legal opportunity. Responsibilities for this position will include providing administrative assistance to attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, and leadership. Job duties include reception area/phone responsibilities, processing mail, new file intake, ordering/downloading records, processing large Adobe documents, and other clerical tasks as assigned. The selected individual will be reliable, detail oriented, adaptable, resourceful, and team oriented with a professional demeanor. Hours for this position are 8:30 A.M.-5:00 P.M., Monday-Friday.
The position is classified as a hybrid role. All employees have the opportunity to work remotely 2 days a week and must report to the office 3 days a week with the exception of recognized holiday weeks. Work arrangements could change over time based on business needs.

Qualifications
