  Responsibilities

  Earl R. Uehling & Associates is offering an opportunity to join a high performing insurance staff counsel for State Farm Insurance Companies.   We are seeking an Administrative Support team member to join the Mt. Laurel, NJ Claims Litigation office. Qualified candidates will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, and leadership. Job duties include tasks associated with scheduling, records procurement, light reception area responsibilities, processing of electronic mail and other clerical tasks as assigned.

  The selected candidate will be reliable, detail oriented, adaptable, resourceful, and team-oriented with a professional demeanor. Hours for the position are 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. The selected individual will be considered a hybrid employee, spending required time in the office with some optional opportunities to work in a virtual environment at times. Work arrangements are subject to change over time based on business needs.

  Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in a legal environment, knowledge of the legal process, and

  legal/medical terminology

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong customer service skills over the phone and in person

  • Accurate and efficient in an electronic environment, including experience in Microsoft Office

  and Adobe

  • Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will
