  About the role

  Under limited supervision, upholds the integrity of real estate portfolio data for large, complex portfolio of clients. Responsible for handling a regional market area in the Relationship Management function by handling and resolving landlord inquiries and disputes for the client. Inputs, maintains, organizes, and reports on information regarding lease dates, dollar values and financial accounting transactions into a lease management software database. Prepares, processes, and reconciles AR & AP transactions to ensure accurate and current lease information is maintained. Acts as lead for lease administration team.

  What you’ll do

  Essential duties and responsibilities

  Resolves critical issues for clients by researching and gathering information about payment transactions, lease terms and other relevant items. Establishes and maintains working relationship with clients and/or landlords.

  Acts as a team lead including providing workflow direction to co-workers and providing oversight for landlord accounts. Ensures data integrity and accuracy by performing quality control review of work completed by team members.

  May act as single point of contact to provide customer service support to internal and external clients for inquiries, questions; works to resolve conflicting priorities.

  Works with Market Leader to find opportunities to improve service delivery.

  Risk Management: identifies and assesses potential risks on behalf of customers and clients and implements strategies to mitigate risk.

  Provides financial, logistical, and operational support to the Portfolio Management local market and Landlord.

  Leads and facilitates communication of standard processes, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations. Makes recommendations on revised controls and implements approved actions for improvement. Train new team members on policies, procedures, processes, administration, and governance.

  Creates and maintains client lease files ensuring they contain current, accurate information.

  Performs other duties as assigned.

  Education and experience

  High school degree or general education degree required plus a minimum of two years related work experience, preferably including property management or accounting. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with Accounting, Finance or Real Estate preferred.

  Interpersonal skills

  Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to successfully present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.

  Financial knowledge

  Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

  Reasoning ability

  Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to tackle problems situations. Requires basic analytical skills.

  Other skills and abilities

  Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products). Ability to work well under pressure. Sophisticated interpersonal skills.

  Scope of responsibility

  Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers, supervisors and clients.

  CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Lease Admin Sr Analyst position is $65,000.00 annually or $31.25 per hour and the maximum salary for the Lease Admin Sr Analyst position is $70,000.00 annually or $33.65 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
