About Learning Specialist, Performance and Online Sales

  Minimum qualifications:

  4 years of experience in Training, Sales, Product Enablement, or Learning Design.

  2 years of experience in stakeholders and change management within the Learning and Development space.

  Experience with projects and timelines for assigned components of learning solutions. Experience with adult learning theory, instructional design, and assessment principles to develop and implement effective learning interventions. Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree in instructional design or a related field.

  Demonstrated excellence in project management, including experience setting vendor strategies and managing third-party vendors to drive execution against set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  Demonstrated stakeholder management.

  Knowledge of the Google Ads product suite and promoter tools, along with a understanding of workflows, to contribute significantly to shaping the future of Google's Sales teams.

  Ability to design and implement product knowledge and enablement or learning programs for business organizations at scale, encompassing training for both internal audiences and external users.

  The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas and global teams that work across the business areas.

  The Mastery Team develops and delivers product and skills training to Google sales and services teams, and external client and agency partners. We use our knowledge of learning best practices and Google's business priorities to build effective learning experiences for our key audiences. Our team is made up of passionate learning professionals, sales and marketing leaders, and former consultants and analysts who launch and iterate learning programs while balancing key pillars of knowledge, skill and disciplined practice to help our audiences thrive in a world of increasing complexity.

  As a Learning Specialist you design and develop learning experiences for Google's Global Business Organization, customers and partners to support their growth, effectiveness and development. You will combine business data and design thinking to build multimodal learning experiences that drive improved business results against the highest-priority business objectives. In this role, you'll be responsible for analyzing the needs of Global Business Organization (GBO) learners, working with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align to business priorities, and ultimately, crafting learning experiences that enable individual growth, while driving business impact.

  The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000-$150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   Responsibilities

  Partner with key stakeholders (e.g. Product, Sales, GTM, Marketing, etc.) to identify promoter learning needs, establish learning objectives, and optimize learning content and materials.

  Lead the design, execution, and measurement of comprehensive, blended skill and product learning experiences and Mastery programming at a global scale.

  Apply creativity, problem solving and design methods and skills to develop product and skill infused learning experiences.

  Choose appropriate instructional strategies and content modalities for defined learning challenges.

  Own projects and timelines for assigned components of learning solutions.
