  Position Summary

At the heart of this strategy lies the critical role our CVS Health Enterprise Learning, Development and Performance teams play to educate our company's highest volume roles. The Learning Program Owner will be responsible for the design , evalua tion, and continuous improvement of the learning curriculum as a critical connection between quality member experiences and successful business outcomes. This person is a critical team member within the CVS Health Enterprise, Learning, Development and Performance Center of Excellence ( ELD&P ) within the Human Resources department and reports to the Manager of Learning Program Strategy and Design.

This person actively seeks out innovative learning solutions that will deliver an engaging, measurable, and effective learning experience for colleagues supporting our Customer Care colleagues.

   The Training Program Owner : Analyzes business opportunities to identify when training is a solution Ensures the correct training program design for maximum business impact and performance results Evaluates program effectiveness and learner performance using key performance indicators Aligns as a key, strategic partner with business and HR s takeholder s up to Senior Leader levels Partners with others to deliver curriculum assets Delivers train-the-trainer session s Tracks project plan, data and requirements using production tools Will have a commitment to our purpose of helping people on their path to better health Primary responsibilities: D esigns effective training programs based on business analysis, adult learning principles, and performance expectations - 35% Evaluates program data to measure effectiveness and implement solutions for performance improvement - 35% Collaborates with design partners to execute eLearning and multimedia design elements - 10% Drives program implementation utilizing the Learning Management System and production tools to track project plan and program data - 10% D elivers train-the-trainer sessions - 10% Key competencies include: Expert a bility to communicate with and influence others Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience connecting key performance indicators (KPIs) to a continuous learning strategy Knowledge of adult learning principles and design strategies Experience design ing effective program evaluation strategies to the L3 and L4 levels Ability to synthesize Key Performance Data and develop data stories linked to L 3 and L 4 evaluation Ability to breakdown complex processes into scalable and digestible chunks for learners working in a remote environment Strong sense to identify priorities, potential tradeoffs, and execution variables specific the business landscape Comfort operating and collaborating in a remote work environment Strong project leadership skills Strong collaborator with active listening skills Required Qualifications: 3 + years designing learning curriculums 3 + years using data to measure learning program outcomes 2 + years of project management experience Preferred Qualifications: Examples of work demonstrating curriculum design and evaluation skills Prior experience designing learning solutions for hourly employees M .Ed. or advanced training in related discipline preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $43,700.00 - $100,000.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
