As a Learning Management System Administrator you will lead and work as if employees and managers are your customers, collaborating with team members at all levels and providing consultative problem solving where the solution may not be immediately apparent. You will be our resident expert on learning delivery through the Learning Management System (LMS) and offer invaluable insights that enhance the learning experience for all users. You must possess strong technical expertise and proficiency in working with various software applications. Additionally, you should be able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders ensuring that you clearly understand their requirements and provide optimal service to meet their needs.
This position will serve our Enterprise Division, located in Atlanta, GA.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own the strategic use and implementation of Rheem's LMS, including policy establishment and governance.
• Establish, maintain, and tailor the LMS to align with the organization's requirements including but not limited to establishing certifications, learning paths, and engagement programs.
• Establish and maintain communication with LMS owners and stakeholders across the organization to ensure that business needs related to learning delivery are met.
• Generate custom reports for various stakeholders in order to provide valuation insights into the effectiveness of training programs and allow for data-driven decision-making.
• Employ learning analytics tools to discern trends that reveal the system's usage, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to optimize the system's impact.
• Maintain current and well-organized LMS documentation to facilitate system operations and streamline stakeholder communication.
• Provide user support and LMS maintenance along with managing integrations with internal and external systems to ensure seamless operation and data flow.
Qualifications:
WHAT YOU NEED
• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of experience with digital learning tools and managing a global LMS in a matrixed environment
• Previous experience successfully implementing an LMS
• Solutions-oriented, critical thinking, problem-solving
• Strong collaborator who seeks and embraces diverse perspectives
• Ability and desire to work both as a team member and independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong business acumen with attention to detail
