About Learning Experience Project Manager

  What You Will Achieve

  Reporting to the Sr Director, Therapy Area and Product Learning Experience, the Project Manager will lead projects to develop a blend of learning materials for customer facing sales colleagues. The project Manager will collaborate with Learning Experience Developers and other Learning and Development colleagues in Delivery, Systems and Operations functions. The projects you lead will result in high-quality, well designed learning materials which will help to prepare credible sales colleagues who can represent Pfizer and engage with health care providers and create access for our innovative drugs and vaccines for patients who need them.

  How You Will Achieve It

  Leading with integrity and with courage, excellence, equity, and joy.Lead and project manage Therapy Area and Product Learning Experience content development projects for therapeutic areas and brands. This includes:

  Plans and executes assigned projects, associated budgets, timelines and other project specific deliverables within the scope of the initiative/project.Monitors, manages and communicates status to multi-disciplinary teams.Align closely and works collaboratively with Learning Experience Developers and other relevant colleagues within L&D and learning agencies to support training initiatives.Usage of Pfizer systems for document management, purchasing, eLearning development and productionDemonstrate effective project and vendor management capabilitiesManage deliverables according to endorsed plans and timelines.Lead engagements with external vendors and internal experts to develop global learning assets.Follow processes related to Future of Training Content policy.

  Qualifications

  Must-Have

  Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree with at five years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree with three years of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with eight years of relevant experience; OR Ph.D. with 0+ years of experience; OR 10 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; can plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.Cross-functional working experience and collaborationStrong written and verbal skills, including interpersonal communication. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and strong competency with tools. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent track record as a team player.

  Nice-to-Have

  Experience in a customer facing commercial function.Experience with eLearning authoring tools and learning technology.Experience in evaluating training programs and materials to ensure end-user needs are met.Training Design and Delivery experience in the pharmaceutical industryGlobal/Regional understanding of the businessExperience in instruction design and or training delivery for Pharma Sales.Knowledge of training technology and Learning Management Systems.Certification(s) in Instructional Design or Project ManagementAbility to lead in a matrixed environment. Excellent organizational abilities. Knowledge of therapeutic areas and key Pfizer products including hemophilia, nucleic acid therapeutics, cardiovascular disease including rare protein folding disorders.

  The annual base salary for this position ranges from $93,500.00 to $151,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. The United States salary range provided does not apply to Tampa, FL or any location outside of the United States.

  The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $81,800.00 to $136,300.00.

  Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
