Job Description:
We are looking for highly creative Learning Experience Designers (LxD/ISDs) to join our Digital Learning Team. You will be responsible for designing competency-based training for early career Cadets in the ab-initio space to develop future competent pilots.

Responsibilities:
Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts and Media Developers to create exciting new online learning experiences.
Breaking down and presenting complex theories and concepts into easily digestible pieces.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and analysis to identify gaps in current learning programs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Design and develop comprehensive user-centric learning products, considering learning objectives, audience needs, and available resources.
Provides support and consultancy to Subject Matter Experts during all stages of module/course development.
Applies tested and learning instructional design theories, practices, and methodologies to create efficient learning experiences.
Creates design outlines and storyboards for learning experiences
Uses various media and learning technologies to create interactive learning solutions.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in instructional design.
Evaluate and revise learning materials and programmes to ensure Boeing maintains excellent quality learning experiences.
Keeps up-to-date with new developments, trends and technologies in learning science, learning design, learning analytics and instructional design through continuous research to ensure our solutions deliver innovation.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Educated up to degree level in instructional design, education, or a related field, or at least two years of professional experience in a Learning Design or Instructional Design post.
Strong knowledge of theories and methodologies in learning and instructional design and experience in applying those to digital learning experiences.
Experience in storyboarding, iterating, and prototyping learning experiences.
Experience in writing and editing high-quality communications for a range of audiences.
Demonstrable practical experience of designing effective online/blended learning experiences.
Ability to convey information and ideas to individuals or groups in a manner that demonstrates excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently, with a proactive mindset.
Strong organisational skills, and an ability to prioritise workloads while working towards multiple deadlines.
Demonstrated consistent delivery of commitments - great organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
Able to prioritise in a complex, fast-paced work environment.
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Innovative and proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations.
