About the team:
The Global Engagement team is committed to overseeing the entire learning journey of Global Business Solutions' employees, starting from new hire orientation and extending to leadership growth. They aim to design engaging learning experiences that drive business impact and work closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners to tailor learning strategies and provide exceptional educational opportunities.
About the role:
The Learning and Enablement Partner for Professional and Leadership Development supports the Global Business Solutions organization in North America, as well as Global Functions. This role partners closely with a team of learning and enablement partners, providing program design, consultation, and facilitation of diverse professional and leadership development programming for GBS employees.
Responsibilities
- Learn core operations and objectives of teams within Global Business Solutions (GBS)
- Establish collaborative relationships with other Learning and Enablement Partners and teams globally
- Actively support design, management and facilitation of professional development and leadership programming for GBS NA and Global Functions employees
- Cultivate relationships with teams across GBS to identify learning needs and propose appropriate learning solutions, including the Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Culture and HRBP teams
- Manage professional development and training programs and continuously seek opportunities to refine our offerings and improve our program in a way that best supports the development of our workforce
- Lead the development, design and delivery of full programs, new modules, content, micro-learning, e-Learnings, and tools to support employee soft skills and competencies
- Develop and manage professional development learning paths using internal systems, tools and LMS
- Partner with external vendors to deliver core management, leadership and coaching programs
- Focus on impact measurement via training program data collection and analysis (e.g surveys, assessments, certification, etc.)
- Work closely with cross-functional partners within Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product and others to support and reinforce training related to products, processes, tools and go-to market strategies
- Lead consultation, program design, and facilitation for custom team offsites, summits and org-wide events for diverse audiences and leader-levels
- Use adult learning principles and creativity to design, develop, and facilitate quality leadership development solutions with both individual and organizational impact
- Support other learning projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years experience in L+D or talent development facilitation role
- Experience designing interactive and impactful development programs and comprehensive learning journeys
- Experience developing training materials (e.g. presentations, videos, guides, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience serving as a coach or facilitator, either within an organization or as a independent practitioner
- Demonstrated experience with a broad range of process tools and structured activities that focus on areas such as: visioning, creative problem solving, gap analysis, multi-voting, priority setting, decision making, monitoring and feedback and/or demonstrated experience with a range of coaching models and standards of ethical practice
Familiarity with a broad range of standardized assessments, including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, emotional intelligence, change management, problem solving preferences, and leadership style.
- Proficiency in learning tools and platforms (e.g. LMS, LXP and authoring tools - Captivate, Elucidat, etc)
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $97955 - $130000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
