  About this role:

  iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced, motivated Learning and Development Specialist in our Manila, Philippines office.  Our work environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere.   Key Responsibilities Include:

  The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering global employee training on-demand programs with occasional virtual instructor lead sessions. This position supports the evaluation of global learning and development programs, helps track and manage course enrollment, manages external learning resources, and provides administrative support for the Learning & Development function as appropriate.

  May select and assign instructors to conduct specific training and development. May provide performance evaluations for training instructors. Manage external learning resources in collaboration with Sr Manager Learning & Development and Learning Change and Culture Manager. Learning Strategy: Collaborating with Learning, Change and Culture to develop a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports the organization's growth and goals. Employee Development: Collaborating with managers to create individual development plans for employees. Create or update existing courses or programs to support the learning needs of an organization. Setup and manage employee access to the various training platforms. Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees. Will be responsible for iNTEGRATE – New Leader onboarding experience and collaborates with People Operations to ensure seamless journey experience for new leader after New Employee Onboarding Manages LinkedIn Learning Platform and other on-demand learning systems for the function. Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, playbooks, and course materials. Creates on-demand content for all L&D programs using simulations, videos and Articulate. Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements. Coordinates training materials prepared by instructors. Evaluates program effectiveness data through assessments, surveys, and feedback in collaboration with Sr Talent Program Insights Manager. Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in Learning and development. Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses. Performs other related duties as required. About you:

  Minimum Requirements:

  Bachelor’s degree MS Office, Adobe, Captivate, Articulate/ Canva/. Camtasia experience a plus Ability to identify training needs, and design and implement effective training and development to meet those needs. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software Ability to work with Survey Monkey or MS Forms to track and report on participation. Strong Project Management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in fast paced environment, real-time environment. Strong analytic skills with the ability to identify trends and present information in a succinct and actionable manner both written & verbal Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptive when working with various teams within iRhythm. Preferred Qualifications:

  Instructional Design certification preferred. Workday experience preferred.
