About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking for a Learning & Development Manager who will be part of the Global Delivery L&D Facilitation team.
In this role, you will:Manage a team of professionals to ensure project success and effective delivery of solutionsEngage stakeholders and internal partnersIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control developmentProvide tactical support in areas of learning related resource coordination, process, project management, and initiative developmentMake decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations to meet business objectivesInterpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexityCollaborate with more experienced managers and Human Resources professionals to recommend learning solutions to improve talent development, individual engagement, and retentionManage allocation of people and financial resources for Learning and Development ConsultingMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talentRequired Qualifications, International:Experience in Learning and Development Consulting, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationLeadership experienceDesired Qualifications:Candidate must have completed a bachelor's degree or higher educationCandidate must have 8+ years of relevant experience in Learning & DevelopmentCandidate must have 5+ years of relevant experience in managing people, training delivery, training facilitation, or a combination of both; Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsHigh verbal, written, and comprehension English language proficiency as well as facilitation in front of a small group. Prior experience with training/adult learning and facilitation is necessary.Virtual Training experience is preferred.Training Needs Analysis is a must for the role.Job Expectations:Develop & coach a group of facilitators to deliver quality functional related training to line of businessLeading new hire business line transition teams by delivering ad-hoc training, facilitating functional/refresher and new hire business line training, delivering release information, and updating training modules for systems enhancements/changesCandidate must be willing to work in Taguig (McKinley Hill) on a Night shiftPosting End Date:
