  About the team:

  Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

  The Enablement team aims to be the strategic partner of T&S, driving collaboration, optimization, and synergy for T&S global functioning, whereas other T&S functions fight at the frontline for content integrity and community safety. We facilitate the application of smooth cross-functional/cross-region/cross-culture corporations, support, and training, and drive change initiatives for leadership within the organization so that they fight with maximum efficiency and sustainability.

  Learning and Development

  The L&D team is a strategic partner closely aligned with T&S priorities. We create learning experiences that develop skills and core capabilities across T&S. We are united by the mission to create a world where people can safely discover, create, and connect. We develop learning programs, products and interventions with agility, enhanced by data insights and industry trends. We go beyond addressing immediate skill gaps, to proactively identify and anticipate emerging needs by:

  - Be the trusted L&D strategic partner to the T&S business leaders.

  - Define and roll out programs that maximize T&S business impact based on core business needs.

  - Constantly assess and refine our programs based on learning effectiveness evaluations.

  - Build a world-class L&D organization for T&S.

  Responsibilities

  1. L&D expertise and delivery:

  - Lead the L&D Program Manager team to address the business needs of the Trust & Safety Operations pillar, identifying key capability needs to anticipate and improve the function's performance and development and deliverying accordingly on these key programs

  - Define key skills and learning requirements needed to execute the L&D strategy and Operations strategy. Ensure successful partnership with L&D functions, such as content creation, learning engagement and measurement, to roll out essential business initiatives.

  2. Stakeholder management and leadership partnership:

  - Build strong partnerships with key business stakeholders, including regional and functional Operations teams, to create and execute an L&D strategic roadmap tailored to their top short and long-term business priorities.

  - Cultivate meaningful relationships with primary business stakeholders. This involves actively understanding the evolving landscape of their requirements and positioning L&D as a valuable partner in meeting those needs.

  - Engage with stakeholders from various teams and locations, including training teams inside Operations and cross-functional teams, ensuring that L&D initiatives are both relevant and consistent with overarching business priorities.

  3. Data-driven: Employ data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs, considering both business impact and the learning experience. Present these findings, offering insights that will help the business make informed decisions and allow the continuous enhancement of learning initiatives.

  4. People manager: Provide guidance and coaching to the L&D team, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning, knowledge sharing of business and L&D insights to lead a growth-driven and high-performance team.

  Qualifications

  - Extensive management and leadership experience in the L&D or related areas, ideally in the high-tech industry;

  - Solid leadership experience managing a diverse team with high-performing individuals;

  - Strong understanding of end-to-end Learning Design programs using diverse and innovative approaches;

  - Robust learning engagement, measurement and business impact expertise. Ability to communicate actionable learning insights.

  - Knowledge of learning platforms, technology and eLearning standards.

  - Self-started with strong strategic structured thinking and result-oriented;

  - Strong stakeholder management ability to effectively influence and partner with key business stakeholders and across cross-functional teams;

  - Leadership and communication:

  - Excellent exec. communicator in written and verbal form with a good cultural sensitivity;

  - Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to positively engage and inspire stakeholders;

  - Degree and language proficiency

  - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in training or talent development (+10 years); majoring in HR management, sociology, pedagogy, or IO psychology would be preferred;

  - English proficiency.
