About the team:
The Global Engagement team is committed to overseeing the entire learning journey of Global Business Solutions' employees, starting from new hire orientation and extending to leadership growth. They aim to design engaging learning experiences that drive business impact and work closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners to tailor learning strategies and provide exceptional educational opportunities.
About the role:
The Learning & Development Analyst (LXD) supports the team and XFN by measuring & analyzing the effectiveness of our learning initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data from training programs and initiatives; compile reporting that informs recommendations for improvements or change.
- Analyze and evaluate learner data to create a narrative around GBS employee learning experiences, including results measurement, impact, and ROI.
- Act as a key contributor to programming audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, and implementing change.
- Routinely engage with key stakeholders to address issues surrounding training and update system configurations to remain aligned with company standards.
- Keep business stakeholders informed through coordination with outside teams, HR Business Partners, as well as executives and orchestrate regular communications and reporting.
- Act as the key contributor to cross-region global collaborations focused on improvements to our technical platforms and HR projects.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in Learning and Development with strong project work in analytics.
- Experience in developing training dashboards, recruitment scorecards, and/or people analytics programs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (especially in the context of simplifying complex analyses into understandable/actionable insights).
- Strong knowledge in Excel, Tableau, Power BI and other people analytics tools;
- Experience consolidating, manipulating, and analyzing multiple/large data sets.
- Basic programming knowledge including SQL. Familiarity with Python, JavaScript or similar is a plus.
- Demonstrated Project Management experience for moderate to large scale projects.
- Highly organized with proven business experience managing multiple complex projects.
- Ability to successfully navigate a fast-paced, highly ambiguous start-up environment.
- Highly collaborative spirit
- A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in learning tools and platforms (e.g. LMS, LXP and authoring tools - Captivate, Elucidat, etc.)
- Experience working with APIs
- Basic web-development

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $76000 - $100000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
