  About the Role

  As a Learning Design and Delivery Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support the design and creation of innovative content spanning across all learning programs and audiences. Your focus will be to drive the creation and delivery of engaging, impactful learning materials across the organization, fostering continuous development and supporting our business objectives. Additionally, you'll play a key role in delivering our exceptional new hire onboarding learning experience to support new hire assimilation and business priorities.

  In this role, you will:

  Design learning content applying fundamental learning theories and adult learning style strategies.Utilize digital content creation tools to develop visually appealing and easily digestible digital learning experiences.Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to create high-quality learning materials tailored to specific learning objectives.Manage and curate content learning tracks within the LMS (Workday).Coordinate the delivery of an exceptional onboarding learning experience, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.Facilitate engaging in-person and hybrid onboarding sessions.Continuously scale and optimize the PD operations to match the rapidly evolving business and ensure a smooth and effective integration process for new hires.Evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding learning experience to ensure continuous improvement and evolution.Manage and track onboarding learner engagement, using analytics and feedback to enhance participation outcomes.

  Functional Skills

  Facilitation: Ability to lead and guide in-person and hybrid learning sessions across different regions, fostering an engaging and participative environment while ensuring effective transfer of knowledge and skills.Project Management: Skill in planning, organizing, and executing operational tasks and learning projects, ensuring timelines, resource allocation, and successful completion within set parameters.Digital Learning Design: Capability to create and structure digital learning content using multimedia elements and principles of effective learning design to ensure engaging and impactful learning experiences. Awareness of or experience in: Articulate RISE & Storyline 360, Vyond (GoAnimate), Canva or similar tools.Content Management:Skill in organizing, curating, and maintaining learning materials within systems and platforms, ensuring accessibility, relevance, and ease of use for learners.Instructional Design:Ability to develop learning content aligned with instructional design principles and adult learning theories, focusing on engaging, effective, and outcome-oriented learning experiences.Data Analytics:Skill in assessing the success and effectiveness of learning initiatives using various evaluation methodologies to drive improvements.LMS Navigation:Ability to effectively navigate and utilize LMS (Workday) to manage, deliver, and track learning content and participant engagement.Learning or Event Management:Skill in organizing and overseeing learning events, ensuring successful execution, engagement, and achievement of set objectives.

  This role requires:
