We are looking for a Lean Coach for the Continental Business System (CBS) area in our location Northeim (Continental AG Division ContiTech).

Your responsibilities as a CBS Coach include the following activities:
Implementation, development, management of CBS activities and cross-functional CBS projects at the Northeim locationParticipation in the development and implementation of work packages of the CBS strategy, the CBS roadmap and CBS objectives in the Northeim location and its operation units in cooperation with the CBS head of the locationExecution of workshops and coaching to spread the CBS philosophy and the CBS mentality within the locationLiving and promoting CBS principles, methods and standardsCooperation and assurance of CBS performance monitoringIdentification of improvement potentials and subsequent development and implementation of projects using CBS methods, e.g. Gemba Management, Rapid Improvement Events (RIE) or other methods to leverage potentialsEnsure CBS targets are met in line with internal and external customer expectationsAdditional Information

QualificationsCompleted technical or economic studies with a focus on production or comparable qualificationCBS@Operations specialist, experience in CBS/lean production methods advantageousCross-functional experience, e.g. in engineering, supply chain management or quality management desirableExperiences with rubber and plastics production processesExperiences with MS Office programsGerman and English business fluent (writtenand spoken), other language skills desirableNegotiation confidence, assertiveness, initiativeProblem-solving skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with processesApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
