This position's primary responsibilities are to work with all business lines in kaizen activities. This includes standard work, improving quality, waste elimination, voice of the customer, value stream mapping, 5S, and leading kaizen events. This position requires excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and technical skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead up to 3 small projects or kaizen events simultaneouslyCollect and analyze dataObserve processes, identify waste, and Value Stream MapImplement & teach standard workBuild quality into processesIncorporate the voice of the customer into process improvementsPresent results to executives and leadersFacilitate, lead, and teach others across CHG the appropriate principles and methods of kaizenTrack, measure, and hold leaders accountable for results following projects kaizensQualifications:
Ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a dynamic, change-oriented environmentProficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, and Power PointAbility to present complex data and kaizen results in a clear, professional mannerExcellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organizationCapable of creating positive and professional business relationshipsSkilled in thinking creatively and experimenting with new ideasStrong negotiation and consensus-building skillsAbility to keep private and appropriately handle confidential informationAdheres to company mission and valuesEducation & Years of Experience:

Lean or six sigma CertificationLean experience in staffing or other service environmentBA or equivalent experienceWe believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $64,900 -- $197,100 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
