Job Description Key Responsibilities:
With the guidance of the Sr. Director, Head of the Leadership Academy, you will:
Be accountable for, and manage the design, development and delivery of current and future Leadership learning products and offerings in the Technology Function
Partnering closely with the Technology Function, including Technology Learning Partners at Visa University and in the business, the Leadership Academy, our Inclusion, Impact and Sustainability and Talent partners, People Business Partners and experts in the field, to ensure that leadership learning and skill building in the Technology Function leverages global initiatives AND ensures appropriate alignment with the needs of the Technology Function.
Using your design expertise and breadth of knowledge of working with Technologists and leadership development resources to assist the design, curation and buy-and customize-for-Visa the most impactful solutions. You will need to be adept both at designing programs yourself as well as providing strategic direction for work done by select external providers and Visa University designers.
A key responsibility is ensuring programs and initiatives are designed and promote and drive learning across the Three Es: Experience, Exposure and Education – creating an environment that encourages continuous development and innovation. Driving a Leader-led learning culture is also a key mandate for delivery plans.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Technology leadership programs and initiatives in the short and longer term, and make any necessary adjustments
Support the Leadership Academy team in the management of the product development life-cycle for leadership development learning products more broadly, that ensure the organization has the capabilities to compete in the future by:
Using human-centered design methodology to discover, synthesize and clearly articulate the development needs of Visa leaders
Translating needs into leadership development solutions in a mix of modalities – inclusive of and not limited to live and asynchronous virtual learning, in-person, social learning and more

You will play a key role in scaling leadership development across Technology to maximize opportunities for Technology Visa leaders to benefit from impactful learning opportunities.
You will be mindful of using modalities that work most effectively for engaging audiences at different levels of seniority, with an eye to balancing innovative thinking on learning pedagogies with organizational constraints.
Develop and grow key relationships:
You will skillfully cultivate and grow key internal and external relationships.You will form and engage in productive partnerships with critical internal stakeholders – Technology business leaders, regional heads of learning and People Team and Talent business partners – to evangelize the work you do, secure sponsorship and scale it effectively across the organization.You will work closely with your strategic partners to identify and address technology leadership needs and gaps.You will also leverage and continue to grow your well-established network of external content providers and experts to ensure Visa’s leadership development offerings leverage best-in-class thought leadership.You will be versatile in the work you do in the context of these internal and external relationships: from ensuring buy-in with a senior internal stakeholder, to negotiating a contract with an outside provider and everything in-between. Qualifications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 113,100.00 to 147,100.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
