Foth isseeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Lead WaterResources Engineer who is looking to be a significant contributor indiscipline development and the design of diverse civil engineeringprojects across multiple industries. This position can be based out ofour Milwaukee, Madison, or Minneapolis locations. PrimaryResponsibilities: Support and develop the technical vision and strategicdirection for the water resources discipline in cooperation with theWater Technical Competency Leader Establish, implement, and continuouslyimprove discipline-specific standard work, training programs, and QA/QCsystems Lead technical engineering project designs and reports focusedon storm water management, watershed planning, modeling analysis, greeninfrastructure, and best management practices Conduct hydrologic andhydraulic analysis, drainage channel design, erosion and sedimentcontrol, and floodplain modeling Perform stream and wetland restorationdesigns and water quality studies Develop technical water resourcesreports for local, state, and federal agencies Conduct watershed andstorm water management planning Prepare design plans, specifications,and bid documents for storm water, drainage, and water qualityconstruction projects Required Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree inCivil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) License in Minnesota,Wisconsin, and/or Iowa Minimum of 10 years of experience with waterresources as a project manager or technical producer in the engineeringconsulting industry Proficiency with storm water modeling software(e.g., HEC-RAS, HydroCAD, XPSWMM, AutoCAD, MicroStation, HEC-HMS,ArcGis)Preferred Qualifications: Certified Floodplain ManagerAccreditation Minimum of 15 years of experience that included leadingtechnical teams and hands-on engineering with design, reports, andfeasibility studies for water resources projects Direct client contactAll Foth Companies are equal opportunity employers and all qualifiedapplicants will receive consideration for employment without...
