  Responsibilities

  Lead efforts to maximize the organization’s training effectiveness.

  Lead pursuit and development of new training opportunities to improve capabilities and ensure access, reliability, effectiveness, and cost efficiency.

  Ensure optimum results, collaborating with business partners, information technology organization, vendor-supplier(s), and others as needed.

  Lead technical and non-technical troubleshooting.

  Maintain, build and leverage training knowledge, both within the team and cross-functionally.

  Consult on training communications other solutions for continuous improvement;Provide training project/program oversight.

  Requirements

  Education:

  High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specificexperience required.

  2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
