Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a Lead Test Program Integrator to join our team in Saint Charles and Berkeley, Missouri . You will integrate Test work statement across the BT&E organization and the supported programs to include developing test and evaluation strategies, upfront proposal and execution plans, monitoring and reporting execution performance and leveraging learning from other programs into the assigned program.
This position is within Boeing Defense & Space (BDS) supporting Weapons Missile Systems (WMS) or Fixed Wing Aircraft (F/A-18 & EA-18) programs. Additional program support opportunities may be added in the future.
Position Responsibilities:
Defines the test schedule baseline, strategy and relationships of key program milestones
Defines test organization, teaming relationships, major resources and technical strategy
Integrates laboratory and flight test activities to support successful program execution
Manages special projects related to the test verification & validation Statement of Work (SOW) - special project assignments may include managing airborne telemetry equipment, test support equipment, and instrumented air vehicles
Participates in the change management process to ensure work statement, schedule, costs, and Risks, Issues and Opportunities (RIO) are properly maintained
Endorses capital forecast spending, capability assessments, technology review boards, long-lead assessment
Responsible for SOW forecast accuracy and maintenance
Provides inputs and interprets Earned Value Management (EVM) data and metrics
Serves as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) for applicable accounts
Leads the development of test procedures, generates calibration procedures, applies lessons-learned to the improvement of test procedures
Provides input to processes and design practices
Supports System Requirements Reviews (SRR), Critical Design Reviews (CDR), Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), Flight Readiness Reviews (FRR), Launch Readiness Reviews (LRR), Non-Advocate Reviews (NAR), etc…
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
5+ years of experience working in a lab test, flight test, or similar test environment
1+ years of experience in Project management
1+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
3+ years of experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)
3+ years of experience supporting DoD Security programs
9+ years of experience working in a lab test, flight test, or similar test environment
Experience with ground & flight test hardware
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range lead level: $113,900 – $154,100
