About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Services Consultant responsible for coordinating and delivering technology-related activities and resources in support of business initiatives. This person will be supporting the cybersecurity cloud services and application security.
In this role, you will:Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services of high-profile business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services.The person to be hired is expected to perform dual roles, as the Business Services Lead and Product Delivery Lead for either the Cloud Security Services or the Cybersecurity Application Security groupThe role includes managing product assessments, perform product registry record keeping, respond to requests from Cybersecurity Product Operations Team and support the Product Manager with Product Roadmap creation and maintenanceEnsure service quality and cost effectiveness of solutionsReview customer information with the technology team and implement technical initiatives for highly complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterpriseUnderstand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiativesMake decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of managing multiple medium technology development efforts that influence and lead broader work team and drive new initiativesCollaborate and consult with the technology team and more experienced management within Technology Business Services functional area to resolve Information Technology issues and provide customers with best possible solutionsPartner with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor to the organization in order to develop organizational plans/operating models/efficiency targets and plans, gaining agreement across the leadership team, and communicating outcomes to various stakeholdersSupport Cybersecurity executive routines by looking for ways to streamline activities and improve meeting effectivenessEscalate material matters to management with an appropriate sense of urgencyLead and support special ad hoc projectsRequired Qualifications:
5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education3 years of Chief of Staff experience or equivalentDesired Qualifications:Ability to communicate confidentially and professionallyAbility to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leadersAbility to effectively partner and influence at the executive levelAbility to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationshipsStrong analytical skills and Excel skillsPrior product management and/or cybersecurity background including application and/or cloud securityExperience navigating through ambiguityStrong time management skills including the ability to handle multiple deliverables concurrentlyExcellent interpersonal skills, including those related to conflict resolutionAbility to influence across all organizational levelsExperience with MS Office tools suiteFinancial services experienceJob Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work schedule (onsite work is expected in one of the listed locations)This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipPosting End Date: 1/5/2024
