ModMed (http://www.modmed.com) is hiring a driven Lead TA Specialist - to help grow our team in Hyderabad. This is an exciting opportunity to help establish our presence in India and work with a hyper-growth SaaS company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!
Your Role:
You will be joining a positive, passionate team that is focused on meeting the talent needs of the business and maintaining our positive, high-performing, and award-winning culture.
Partner with functional areas to gain an understanding of their short and long-term talent needs and then build and execute a strategy for hiring high-caliber talent that meets those needs.
Provide regular executive updates on hiring progress that are insightful and actionable.
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop local Talent Acquisition team members.
Own the operating rhythm for the local recruiting team including sync schedules, position assignments, and executive updates.
Align hiring strategy and performance with the Head of Talent Acquisition. Provide regular updates and proactively problem-solve areas related to hiring performance and hiring experience.
Communicate and collaborate across multiple functions and levels to drive high-impact changes that streamline TA operations resulting in quality hiring and delightful experiences for hiring teams, candidates, and stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with local and global People teams and leadership to ensure processes, policies, and impact align with company strategy and plans.
Own the full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and executive roles across multiple functions.
Structure and manage a hiring and interview process to source, engage, assess, and ultimately hire top talent while delivering exceptional hiring team and candidate experiences.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other internet/social media recruiting techniques to attract and source top talent.
Productively leverage assessment tools such as HackerRank in the selection process
Cultivate positive and productive internal and external relationships that create exceptional experiences for the hiring team, candidates, and stakeholders.
Become an expert-level user of our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse.
Help champion and contribute to a best-in-class recruiting practice across the organization.
Coach and mentor TA team members and our hiring teams on our recruitment and interviewing processes.
Attend industry networking events and partner with relevant trade and industry organizations to connect with top talent.
Act as liaison with third-party staffing agencies.
Attend job/career fairs and internship fairs as needed.
Lead and drive special projects as required.
Use data to effectively influence hiring stakeholders and have a range of different influencing and negotiating skills.
Network with talent and find creative ways to further engage a diverse target audience.
Skills & Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree is preferred - well-developed written and verbal communication skills are required.
10+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience with 3+ years of professional technical recruiting experience ideally with a hyper-growth, SaaS-based company.
Previous experience recruiting and building a product development team in Hyderabad is strongly preferred.
Experience hiring for either a software product development CoE or Medical Revenue Cycle Management function is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop a thoughtful candidate selection process that delivers quality hires.
Agency negotiation and relationship management experience is strongly preferred
Executive level search experience preferred (Director & VP level)
Technical skills:
HR knowledge with specific expertise in technical recruiting
Structured interviewing process
Behavioral and situational-based interviewing techniques
LinkedIN Recruiter, Naukri
Applicant Tracking Systems
Tech Savvy; G-Suite, Mac and Greenhouse ATS & HackerRank experience a strong plus
