We are looking for a bold, innovative, strategic individual to join UKG's Enterprise Transformation and Advisory Services Team. This is a group of highly experienced, driven resources chartered to serve Enterprise Launch and existing UKG Pro customer satisfaction through optimization and transformation services based around process mapping and evaluation.
This role is a product, process, and change management expert who guides clients through 3P (People, Process, Product) transformation engagements to discover, recommend, and enable overall HR, Payroll, & Workforce Management improvement. The goal is to assist UKG customers in optimization efforts to maximize customer satisfaction, to improve and expand the use of UKG solutions that meet their HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management requirements. Having a people first mentality is critical to our success.
• Assist customers with various transformative service requests ranging from low to extremely high complexity
• Manage internal and external customer expectations
• Provide product and subject matter expertise to customers and to the Global Delivery team
• Ability to start, analyze, track progress and maintain an assigned project through completion
• Focus on identifying product and customer knowledge gaps
• Deliver people, process, and product mapping and optimization solutions
• Design and deliver written training recommendations or document additional growth opportunities for our customers based on knowledge obtained from current project
• Document project work and progress
• Provides clear direction to the customer and determines if change in approach is needed to accomplish goals.
• Must be consultative, organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and responsive
• Must be self-motivated and results-driven
• Stays current on all new product capabilities and understands how to use them
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities
• Driven to present solutions
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of UKG Pro product, support, or services experience
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a role that requires process improvement or change management guidance on the UKG Pro service platform
• Excellent product knowledge of UKG Pro and other UKG systems
• Broad industry subject matter expertise of Human Capital Management (HCM) concepts and systems (Human Resources and Payroll)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and relationship building skills.
• Extremely customer-focused; positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications:
• Baseline competency level of UKG Pro WFM product preferred
• Foresees potential problems and takes corrective action to ensure achievement of goals.
• Clear and concise in communicating information. Actively listens to what others are saying while seeking and sharing information.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• SHRM, CEBS, FPC or CPP certification preferred
• Other advanced certifications (PMP, Change Management, Process Improvement) preferred

Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California
The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $86,100 to $123,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $99,015 to $142,370 per year.
