Lead Software Engineer - Collection Team

　　In this role, you will:

　　You will be responsible for designing & developing high-scale solutions in a data-intensive environment.You will take part in developing the company's most important systems and platforms.You will work with very knowledgeable and experienced developers with a large scale of skills and capabilities.Deal with software challenges, including high performance, scalability, robustness, and resilience.Lead the planning and execution of features and services development.Collaborate with different engineering teams to ensure a high degree of alignment, ruthless prioritization, and timely releases of products and services in support of critical company initiatives.Ensure scalable development, testing, and deployment process to maintain and improve product reliability, scalability, and performance.Participate in architectural discussions and decisions directly impacting our product's future.Take part in the development and operation of a large multi-tenant SaaS platform running in the cloud on top of Kubernetes.Be a part of a diverse and dynamic international, multicultural organization.

　　About the Team

　　You will play a key role in the Collection Team, a specialized group working on advanced data gathering techniques in our cloud infrastructure. This team is vital in implementing cutting-edge cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, containers, and cloud identity, focusing on data acquisition and management efficiency throughout the application lifecycle.

　　The skills you'll bring include

　　7+ years of hands-on experience in Python development: building scalable, high-performance systems and applications.Knowledge of databases - Relational and NoSQL databasesUnderstanding of the full lifecycle development process, including business and functional requirements, developing technical designs, implementation of scalable solutions, and object-oriented design.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to develop and test new ideas and conceptsFamiliarity with common best practices, design and architectural patterns.Passionate and responsible team player with strong communication skills.Highly motivated, self-learner with great attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Experience working with cloud environments
