　　Lead Software Engineer-NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Manage small to moderate sized solutions and plays a key role on larger teams, working within the parameters of two to three sprints; provide direction to team members and vendors; provide leadership within the squad or work team, with accountability for ensuring that work is on track including required functionality and an effective user experience are delivered, and upstream and downstream interdependencies are accounted for; ensure that solutions delivered integrate effectively with adjacent solutions and technologies; identify interdependencies between systems and products, assessing risk, and developing mitigation strategies; assist the team design and build scalable software solutions, implement, and integrate new technologies, manage, and evolve existing platforms; lead designing scalable applications that leverage prediction models and optimization programs to deliver data driven decisions that result in immense business impact; assess a well-defined problem and lead the development team of a technical solution that meets the needs of the business and aligns with architectural standards; perform as critical technical lead in major business solution projects, from ideation to implementation; oversee ownership of systems with a proactive approach in anticipating concerns and developing strategies to address and enhance value; establish credibility and effective working relationships with technical and non-technical colleagues and the vendor community; and ensure team members are held accountable to quality standards and that a high-quality user experience is delivered. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.

　　Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Physics and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

　　Experience must include the following:
