Job Description Your Career
Palo Alto Networks is expanding its strategy organization and seeking a Lead to innovate strategy and drive the transformation for our post-sales organization. The Services Strategy & Strategic Execution team covers strategy and operations, including AI initiatives, for all post-sales functions (Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Support). Focus areas include deploying Generative AI, developing our partner ecosystem and transforming our portfolio.
As a key member, you will collaborate with top executives and cross-functional teams (Product, IT, Sales, Operations), tackling mission-critical business challenges and contributing to our industry-leading growth. This role offers a supportive, dynamic, and meritocratic environment that values innovation, learning, and teamwork. In this role, your contributions will directly impact our strategic success and drive innovation in the constantly evolving security landscape.
Your Impact
Structure and analyze complex business problems, develop hypotheses, and deliver data-driven recommendationsWork collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to gather insights, co-create deliverables, and drive execution to achieve business goalsDevelop high-quality deliverables for executive-level consumption, including business cases and roadmap/execution plansSupport strategy and business planning processes while fostering strategic capabilities across the organizationDrive transformative change within the organization, wearing multiple hats (strategy development, project management and execution) to do what it takes to “move the needle”Manage matrix teams and provide coaching & mentoring to team members, to achieve post-sale business and customer objectives Qualifications Your Experience
3+ years of post-MBA experience, with a minimum of 2 years in management consulting, or top-tier tech strategy or "bizops" rolesPreferred academic credentials include an MBA or similar qualifications or equivalent military experience requiredStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with senior audiences and bridge business and technical discussionsProven relationship-building and influential leadership skillsExperience in project management and overseeing large-scale transformationsA proactive self-starter who excels in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsExpertise in the SaaS and/or Enterprise Services industry is preferred, and knowledge of the cybersecurity industry is a plus Additional Information The Team

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $163,000/yr to $263,550/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
