  Removery was formed in 2019 through a merge of the four leading tattoo removal brands in North America. The underlying businesses have operated a combination of 20+ years and have performed more than 1 million treatments, enabling us to offer clients an unrivaled treatment experience. Based in Austin, TX, Removery is the only scaled, pure play provider of laser tattoo removal services in the world. We use best in class technology utilizing the innovative PicoWay® laser equipment to remove tattoos safely and effectively. The foundation is in place to build a network of 400+ locations across the US, Canada, and Australia over the next 5 years.

  POSITION OVERVIEW

  We are seeking a self-motivated, empathetic, and client-focused Lead Sales Consultant to provide client education and a five-star experience through the consultative sales process. This position will report to a Regional Manager and work closely with an in-studio Laser Specialist to provide a holistic client experience.  The professional we’re looking for is comfortable with repetitive tasks and finds building client relationships is the most rewarding part of their job. Working as part of a small team, they understand that it comes with a greater responsibility to be reliable and punctual. They are easy to get along with and respectful of others.

  Our expert marketing and contact center team provide warm leads and scheduled consultations. We also ask that you showcase excitement around community outreach to generate as much interest in our service as possible! From there, your primary responsibilities include delivering a warm, engaging consultative experience to our clients, educating on the tattoo removal process from start to finish, working in partnership with our Laser Specialists, and other administrative-related tasks required for business operations. Our consultants are given the opportunity to make a real impact on our client’s lives, as they embrace change, by supporting them through their tattoo removal journey.  Join our team of experts dedicated to changing lives, everyday!

  POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  Conduct consultations and drive sales through consultative selling of new clients and upselling current clients

  Close sales by building rapport and educating clients on the laser tattoo removal process

  Demonstrate ethical sales practices and showcase the value of our approach, service, and protocols

  Communicate realistic removal expectations and treatment outcomes

  Make tattoo removal easy and accessible to our clients while instilling confidence through expert knowledge of the treatment process and package options

  Master all Removery financing options and be able to clearly articulate those options to our clients

  Partnering with the studio’s Laser Specialist as part of consultation process, as necessary; Consistently practicing warm client handoff to Laser Specialist

  Being a positive member of the team by contributing to team culture

  Maintain detailed client records – both new, future potential, and referral clients

  Manage follow up process in partnership with our contact center and marketing teams by communicating with clients who have expressed an interest in tattoo removal or fading

  Lead your studio’s team in understanding of KPIs, monthly targets, and reporting to ensure goals are consistently set, monitored, and exceeded

  High level self-accountability in fostering a positive studio culture and team dynamics.

  Administrative tasks such as greeting clients by name, answering phones, responding to emails, and handling client payments.

  Manage bookings in collaboration with our Contact Center

  Ensure client satisfaction by delivering superior customer service

  Community networking and outreach in collaboration with our Marketing team, to inform the public of our service offerings and promotional opportunities

  Build loyal referral relationships with tattoo artists, businesses, and clients

  Participate in brand-wide updates as well as regular regional team calls and meetings

  Represent the company brand, mission, and culture

  Take pride in the physical workspace which includes studio stewardship and cleanliness

  Preserve visual and merchandising brand standards

  Conduct inventory to ensure adequate products, promotional materials, branding on-hand to exceed customer expectations

  Additional responsibilities, as required for the success of the brand

  POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  Passionate about helping people and building relationships

  Enthusiastic about the tattoo and tattoo removal industry and our brand

  Proven track record in negotiation and overcoming objections in a consultative environment

  Awareness this is not ‘just a job’ but an opportunity to make an impact in a positive and meaningful way for our clients while they embrace their tattoo removal journey

  2-5 years of B2C selling experience preferred

  Excellent consultative sales experience in a retail, MedSpa or similar setting preferred

  Comfortable, confident, and competent in conducting client consultations and selling our services

  Motivated by a quota-driven environment and bonus opportunities

  Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit and continued growth mindset

  Outstanding communication and a strong capability to identify and solve problems independently. 

  Excellent interpersonal skills. Display consistent professionalism and a positive disposition

  Ability to work and contribute as part of a small, cohesive, and collaborative team

  Demonstrated agility in a high-change environment

  Effective and client centric communication style

  Innovative and curious – bringing ideas to the table to improve your location operationally and the business as a whole

  Comfortable doing a variety of tasks and great at multi-tasking

  Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.) and quick to learn technology; previous experience using Microsoft office and booking software systems preferred

  Zenoti or similar POS/CRM experience, a plus

  Reliable transportation to commute to your home studio and/or other designated locations, as needed

  Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements

  Must be able to lift 10 lbs. or more repetitively

  High level comfort with assessing and interacting with the human body

  You will be part of a supportive and close-knit team and given the opportunity to perform purposeful work. Removery is proud to offer a competitive salary, based upon experience, in tandem with a competitive benefits package for FT associates including:

  A competitive hourly wage that ranges from 26.60 to  30.65/hr. and will be determined based on relevant experience

  Up to $1,000 monthly bonus potential
