About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Risk Analytics Consultant that will report to the Head of CSBB Deposit Pricing. You will be a key contributor in the development and execution of strategic recommendations to help the business optimize deposit pricing and profitability. This role will also lead complex initiatives related to business analysis and modeling, including those that are cross functional with broad impact and act as key participant in data aggregation, monitoring, and reporting. In addition, this role will help drive development of new data, reporting and analytics framework.
In this role, you will:Review and analyze complex programing models to extract data and manipulate databases to provide statistical and financial modeling specific to businesses supportedCollaborate and consult with peers, experienced managers, compliance, and technology to resolve production issues and achieve analytic and reporting goalsParticipate in complex activities related to business analyticsDevelop, implement, calibrate and validate analytical models and/or toolsLead projects, teams, and mentor less experienced staffRequired Qualifications, US:
5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience with scripting languages to develop analytics automationStrong skills using statistical/data science tools such as SAS, R, Python, etc.Lead development of visualizations and dashboards in Tableau or Power BIAbility to execute in a fast-paced, demanding environment while balancing multiple prioritiesAbility to develop and integrate statistical and analytical approaches to pricing activities to optimize performance and gain strategic insightsProven ability to work effectively across teams and organizational levels to make high-impact decisions and complete challenging assignments Ability to use imperfect information to solve complex problems and make strategic recommendationsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to senior leaders across the organization in order to create understanding and influence decisions.Posting End Date:
