  Job Purpose

  Lead the Future of Gaming: Join Us at Natural Motion/Zynga as a Lead Product Manager ad the Strategic Architect of CSR the world’s #1 racing game!

  Embrace the dynamic role of Lead Product Manager, where your mission is to shape the strategic product vision of CSR. Your focus will be on more than just managing; it's about driving innovation, identifying gaps, and turning risks into opportunities to propel our business to new heights.

  As the visionary force behind CSR, you'll orchestrate a symphony of cross-functional teams, instilling a strategic mindset that goes beyond the ordinary.   In this role, you'll wield a potent combination of analytical prowess, business acumen, and creative thinking to craft extraordinary player experiences. Your goal: to surprise and delight our players, ensuring that CSR remains at the forefront of the gaming landscape.

  Responsibilities

  Strategic Planning and Forecasting

  Develop revenue forecasts for both short-term milestone achievements and long-term business planning, contributing to the overall P&L strategy. Conduct business modeling to gain a clear understanding of the target audience and provide insightful recommendations to Cluster Leads on potential opportunities. Economic Modeling and Reporting

  Utilize economic modeling techniques to support the design of the Economy, applying insights derived from live data. Produce weekly and monthly business reports, serving as the primary analytics expert and collaborating closely with the Analytics team. Backlog Management and Impact Assessment

  Evaluate the appropriateness of the backlog to support business goals and assess the impact of each new release on key performance indicators (KPIs). User Acquisition Strategy Evaluation

  Assess the performance of the User Acquisition strategy and collaborate with the game team to positively influence the top of the funnel and Cost Per Install (CPI) metrics. Content & Seasonal Product Management Leadership

  Ensure cohesive seasonal planning that adds value to the business and product. Take a 10,000-foot view to assess the overall strategic direction and draw insights from competitors. Collaborative Culture Building

  Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the product team. Encourage the sharing of ideas and best practices to enhance team collaboration. Risk Assessment and Learning Application

  Identify, assess, and prioritize strategic risks associated with product development and live operations. Continuously learn from experiences and apply these insights to drive future improvements. Growth and Partnerships

  Evaluate business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions to drive product growth. Gaming Landscape Insights

  Provide valuable insights on emerging technologies, gaming trends, and player preferences that could impact the mobile gaming landscape. Desirable Experience & Skills

  Proven Product Management expertise in free-to-play game development. Demonstrated passion for games, with a keen focus on creating enjoyable and captivating player experiences. Exceptional proficiency in data analysis, complemented by advanced skills in Excel and SQL. Robust organizational and analytical capabilities, coupled with an unwavering attention to detail. Ability to provide clear direction, establish measurable goals, and offer insights into industry trends. Outstanding written and oral communication skills, alongside exceptional organizational and analytical abilities. Proactive and curious mindset, approaching challenges with a people-first attitude.
