  Here at UKG, our Engineering, Product, Innovation, and Cloud teams (or EPIC), are the driving force behind our cutting-edge technology. These UKrewers are dedicated to delivering best-in-class solutions that transform how our customers work.   We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to passionately support the Onboarding module within our HCM suite.

  Primary duties and responsibilities:

  - Collaborate and align with Product and Dev team on product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities and understand the rationale/business reasons behind building a feature

  - Manage backlog, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories

  - Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and aligns with the product strategy

  - Ensure that the team always has a sufficient number of well-prepared tasks to work on

  - Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owner to ensure there is a product backlog based on business value or ROI

  - Take an active role in addressing impediments that may impact the team's successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals

  - Represent the voice of the customer within the team

  - Keep abreast of our competitors and industry trends

  - Stay updated with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

  - Provide functional demonstrations of products

  - Assist in drafting and editing product-related documentation

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches

  Qualifications

  Minimum required qualifications:

  - Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience

  - 5+ years of experience in a software product manager role. Proven track record of delivering a roadmap that includes Innovation.

  - 3+ years' experience in Agile or Lean Software development environment such as Kanban or Scrum

  - Experienced in detailed analysis, feasibility studies, performance analysis and prototyping

  - Ability to work in a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on site in our Weston office, from day one

  Preferred skills and traits:

  - Strong organizational skills, and the ability to grasp new domains quickly and understand the upstream and downstream effect

  - Ability to work independently to coordinate and implement solutions to complex functional issues

  - Experience in AHA, PENDO, JIRA a plus

  - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  - Experience in research for new concepts. Ideal candidate will have patents.
