The Lead Product Manager Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Lead Product Manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Lead Product Manager Leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Typical responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to:
(1) Operate day-to-day in an Epic Owner capacity, conducting the following activities
Working with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define epic hypothesis statements
Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to produce cost estimates for budget exercises
Creation and management of the Lead Business Case along with driving decisioning on which LBCs should be prioritized
Collaborate with Product Managers and other key stakeholders to distill Epics into actionable Features
Participate in Program Increment planning along with key system demonstrations
Coordinate epic-related activities with sales, marketing, service and other business units
Report the progress of Epic outcomes to key stakeholders and the Lean Portfolio Management team
(2) Utilize data analysis, user research and market insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve the product
(3) Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the product, including technical challenges, market competition and changing customer needs
(4) Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap based on market trends, user feedback and business goals
(5) Engage with stakeholders including customers, partners, and internal teams to gatherer feedback, manage expectations, and ensure successful product launches

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of Product Manager/leadership experience
led several complex product initiatives from beginning to end
experience communicating and delivering to senior level leadership
effectively collaboration experience with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Health Cloud Experience
Advanced degree
PMP, Lean Six Sigma and/or other relevant certifications

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$123,800 - $170,400 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
