About Lead Knowledge Analyst - Marketing Sales & Pricing

  WHAT YOU'LL DO

  We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to fill a Lead Knowledge Analyst (LKA) role within the MSP Practice, focused on the topic of Growth & Digital Marketing. As a Lead Knowledge Analyst within the MSP Practice Area, you will -

  Partners with case teams to identify & address critical knowledge asset requirements.

  Travel requirements to support client projects, proposals, conversation starters will be minimum 30-50% and may vary across the year

  Provides customized knowledge for client work, lead the topic agenda by strategizing & executing comprehensive proprietary knowledge assets.

  Be a driver of growth of topic in APAC region & contribute to global agenda.

  Leads the global / regional engagement with other specialized teams (e.g. DRS, Gamma, Omnia) to bring out the optimal solutions to ensure that requests/projects are delivered in an optimal manner

  With consultants, collects, synthesizes, analyzes case team learning & inputs into new knowledge products (case vignettes, frameworks, methodology)

  Leverage his/her expertise to support project proposals (e.g. outside-in observations, competitive benchmarking, maturity assessment etc) as well as client casework.

  Be responsible for creating and maintaining best-in-class institutional content and knowledge that supports and advances the Digital Marketing topic (e.g. case vignettes, credentials, toolkit evaluations, vendor management, etc).

  Showcase consultative skills and in-depth expertise on growth topics including spend allocation, campaign management, enhancing effectiveness of digital marketing channels and measurement.

  Build & lead a team and be responsible for managing their business performance metrics & career growth.

  Successful candidates will possess advanced analytics technical expertise, strong collaborative and execution capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills both to expert and non-expert audiences, a practical and flexible mindset, and high attention to detail and work quality. You will join a growing team with a global presence and will work most closely with team members in India.

  YOU'RE GOOD AT

  Solving complex client problems through relevant analytical approaches and customized solutions

  Assessing client's digital marketing strategy, campaign management capabilities and overall channel maturity for growth. Can deliver expertise / consult clients on various growth use-cases including but not limited to measurement, attribution, growth hacks & tactics.

  People and stakeholder management skills

  Understand the various components and drivers of growth across various stages of the customer journey including - acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.

  Analyze trends (such as traffic, conversion, user engagement, and repeat behavior) and create actionable programs leading to user growth & retention.

  Analyze user journeys to provide actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation via A|B testing routes on traffic/funnel enhancement to derive immediate impact on KPIs

  Working closely with client teams to understand strategic objectives and design tests/optimize campaigns to improve digital marketing performance and meet the clients' goals

  Interfacing with BCG case and client teams and reporting on results, in a credible and confident way

  Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtually, proficient in agile ways of working

  Flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things, and able to propose innovative ideas

  Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity

  YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred, with demonstrated high academic achievement

  Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, IT, Marketing, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field is required

  6-8 years of industry or consulting professional work experience

  Previous experience at a consulting firm, eCommerce, marketing agency firm strongly preferred

  Strong Excel skills required and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads

  Understanding of DSP/DMP platforms (Google DoubleClick, DV360 etc.), Mar-Tech, AdTech Platforms, Microsoft Access, and/or Alteryx is a plus

  Prior experience in a start-up environment is desirable

  Flexible, self-motivated, and proactive out-of-the-box and critical thinker

  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent written and spoken English

  * Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities

  The Lead Knowledge Analyst will be an integral part of BCG's MSP Practice and directly integrate into case teams on client engagements. Like all BCG case teams, you will work with a diverse set of functions across BCG to drive innovative thinking and outcomes for BCG and our clients. Our team is made up of a diverse pool of knowledge positions that allow us to pursue exciting, innovative knowledge careers.

  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  The Knowledge Team (KT) is a group of functional and/or industry experts leveraging deep domain knowledge to enable insight for case teams and clients. KT members are affiliated to BCG Practice Areas, plugged into the strategic agenda, and building and deploying leading edge IP data tools/assets to deliver insight.

  BCG's Knowledge Team members are staffed on cases and help co-create insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivery of proprietary data or tools in a particular function and complex research and analysis of market information. KT members also support the PA's business development and proposals and help to organize and codify the knowledge that enables BCG to deliver superior business value for its clients.
