Eaton's IS AER FMC division is currently seeking a Lead Financial Analyst (Remote). This position can be based out of our Grand Rapids, MI facility or remotely from a home office from within the United States. This position will have multi-site responsibility, including direct support of the actuation business located in Eaton's Grand Rapids, MI site. The Grand Rapids site has roughly 200 employees and is an industry leader in motion control solutions that optimize realiability, weight savings, and lower lifecyle costs.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $88499.97 - $129799.96 a year.

What you'll do:
The Lead Program Financial Analyst position drives growth and development program execution by partnering and supporting the sales, program management and engineering organizations. The role will also be responsible for leading several activities for the consolidated Division.
In this role, you will:
Lead preparation of life-of-program cash flow models for new business opportunities in partnership with the sales, program management, and engineering teams to assess financial attractiveness of new businessDevelop and implement program finance and program management processes to ensure control, compliance, and program execution. Work closely with peers across Division to drive consistency and continuous improvementCalculate, report, and interpret financial performance by program; support engineering and program team with interpreting key financial information, identifying risks, and executing development program prioritiesRoutinely compile EAC (Estimate At Complete) calculations of strategic programs, based on actual performance and scheduled costs, to monitor profitability and ensure accurate accounting. Maintains balance sheet accounts and reconciliations pertaining to these key programsMaintain life of program cash-flow models measuring performance vs. bid and baseline targetsLead the monthly closing & rolling forecast processes related to these programs by providing high quality, timely, and accurate information for the site leadership team and supporting functions related to sales and program spendPrepare annual profit plans for all major programs based on resource schedules and anticipated costsPromote financial awareness through formal training and regular communications with non-finance managers and team membersProvide support for SOX related activities around document requirements and assessment completionMake recommendations, develop, and implement process improvements in support of departmental goalsPrepare consolidated analysis of Division program execution/performance as needed

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution3+ years accounting/finance experienceMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the futureThis position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
