The Lead Equity Compensation Analyst will support the equity award administration function in a private high growth, global environment. The Lead Equity Compensation Analyst will maintain an effective partnership with internal Legal, Finance, Tax, Payroll and People Solution. This position reports to the Director of Equity Compensation.
Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day administration of the equity programs of the company's stock plans globally with a focus on our local European
• Assist with all aspects of the Global Shares Equity Gateway platform to oversee all participant equity plan transactions (grants, releases, exercises, etc.) and ensure accuracy and data integrity
• Work closely with internal tax and payroll team regarding EMEA plan management including tax withholding, compliance, and related matters
• Support the preparation and distribution of year-end statements for all equity transaction related to domestic and international reporting
• Support employee understanding of equity awards and company program by addressing employee inquiries regarding processes and policies
• Perform other duties and ad hoc projects and reporting as requested
Qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in a stock administration role within a private or public company
• Experience with European countries tax issues relating to equity compensation with non-qualified and qualified plans
• Must demonstrate attention to detail, analytical abilities, and consistent follow-through, including project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Operating knowledge of stock administration software
• Proficient computer skills
• BS in Finance, Accounting, or a related field such as Human Resources
• Certified Equity Professional Designation is a plus
